These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Aptus Solution (“Service Provider”) and the client (“Client”) for the provision of SEO services as specified in the agreement.

1. Services:

• The Service Provider agrees to provide SEO services as outlined in the service agreement. This may include but is not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, content creation, and reporting.

2. Client Responsibilities:

• The Client agrees to provide necessary access to relevant accounts, websites, and any other assets required for the provision of SEO services.
• The Client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the execution of the SEO strategy.

3. Payment:

• Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property:

• The Service Provider retains intellectual property rights to any materials, methodologies, or tools developed or used in the provision of SEO services.

6. Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the Agreement.
• Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Results and Guarantees:

• While the Service Provider strives to achieve optimal SEO results, no specific outcomes or rankings are guaranteed.
• SEO results are influenced by various factors, and the Service Provider is not liable for changes in search engine algorithms or other external influences.

8. Changes to Services:

• The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of services with the agreement of the Client.
• Additional services may incur additional fees, subject to mutual agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of SEO services.

10. Amendments:

• This Agreement may be amended only in writing and with the mutual consent of both parties.
